The real adventure starts now!
The Ocean Pointscore Series will commence on Saturday 11 September 2010.
The series consists of 5 races (1 discard) including the SASC Lion Island race, the CYCA Australia Day Regatta, the RPAYC Pittwater to Newcastle Race and the MHYC annual Sydney Short Ocean Racing Championship.
These events are YA Special Regulation Category 4 with PHS and IRC Results.
This series is perfect for the yachtsperson who wants to experience ocean racing without the exertion of having to compete in the long ocean races of the Gillawa Shield Series. Yachts entered in the OPS Series are entitled to apply for Average Points for missed APS races whilst competing.
Casual Entrants and Series entrants are welcome. If you would like to crew please contact the Sailing Office.
Conditions of Entry, Rules and Sailing Instructions are as per the Host Club and Organising Aurhority to which the event is scheduled in the table below.

Yachts entered in the Annual Inshore Series who miss a APS race due to competing in a OPS race as a series entrant may apply for average points in accordance to MHYC Special Regulation 26.0, Click Here to apply
Sailing Instructions vary depending on the host Club. Ensure that you have the correct set onboard.
